     extensive trial and appellate experience at all levels of Federal and =
    State courts, as well as in arbitration and alternative dispute resolut=
    ion, includes general commercial, construction, labor and employment, c=
    ontracts, trademarks, licensing, real estate, corporate and administrat=
    ive law. Mr. Hickey additionally serves as a mediator for the resolutio=
    n of disputes in these areas of law in New York and Florida. He has rep=
    resented a diverse clientele of publicly and privately held companies i=
    ncluding retail companies, securities firms, construction, development =
    and engineering companies, insurance companies, publishing companies, c=
    olleges and universities, executive recruitment firms and domestic and =
    foreign banks. Apart from his litigation practice, Mr. Hickey devotes c=
    onsiderable time to construction law in the negotiation, drafting and e=
    nforcement of master construction contracts and related project documen=
    tation; representing companies in their labor and employment affairs; a=
    nd representing numerous CEOs, Presidents and senior management of vari=
    ous companies in contract negotiations pertaining to executive compensa=
    tion and benefits. He has written numerous articles and lectured extens=
    ively on litigation, labor and employment and construction matters. He =
    has achieved the highest peer review rating (AV) by Martindale-Hubbell =
    in recognition of his professional excellence and highest levels of ski=
    ll and integrity.  Mr. Hickey serves on the Advisory Board of Independe=
    nt Group Home Living, a charitable organization devoted to the needs of=
