    joining Eaton & Van Winkle, Mr. Johnson acquired broad litigation exper=
    ience while clerking for the Appellate Division, Third Department, of t=
    he New York State Court, perfecting and arguing over forty appeals befo=
    re the Appellate Divisions of the State Courts, and handling insurance =
    defense cases involving, among other things, professional liability and=
     labor/construction law liability.  Admitted to Bar: New York (1995), U=
