     industries. He also has extensive experience in the representation of =
    cooperative housing corporations and condominiums. Mr. Marx is admitted=
     to practice law in all New York State Courts and the United States Dis=
    trict Court for the Southern District of New York. He attended the Univ=
    ersity of Massachusetts at Amherst (B.A., 1979, magna cum laude) and Ne=
    w York University School of Law (J.D., 1983, Executive Editor, Journal =
    of International Law and Politics). He lives with his family in Scarsda=
    le, New York, where he is and has for a long time been active in local =
    civic organizations, as well as charitable organizations dedicated to t=
