    p><p>Prior to attending law school Mr. Cannella was awarded a Masters D=
    egree in Business Administration and subsequently, an LL.M. in Taxation=
     from Georgetown University. Mr. Cannella also has substantial expertis=
    e in Federal Income Tax matters having commenced his legal career at th=
    e office of Chief Council, Internal Revenue Service in Washington D.C.,=
     where he served from September 1977 to March 1982. As a result of Mr. =
    Cannella's extensive background in corporate, business, tax and securit=
    ies matters, he has provided general counseling and transactional advic=
    e to a diverse clientele in virtually every aspect of their business. M=
    r. Cannella has also served as general counsel to several public compan=
    ies.</p>
