     banks and trust companies as fiduciaries of wills and trusts. He has a=
    ppeared in Surrogate=92s Courts and in the New York State Supreme Court=
     on contested estate, trust and real estate matters, and has represente=
    d clients in arbitration cases. </p>=0D=0A<p>He has experience counseling clients on many different kinds of business=
     transactions and contracts, as well as personal property, real estate =
    and leasing issues. He has represented clients in international tax and=
     estate planning matters. He has a number of business and personal clie=
    nts and contacts in China. </p>=0D=0A<p>Mr Carter has counseled non-profit corporations and other charities, and=
     he currently serves as a trustee of the Ferriday Fund, a private chari=
