    since 1968, with an emphasis on international banking and finance, incl=
    uding regulation. Mr. Fewell's practice includes domestic and cross bor=
    der credit products, secured and unsecured; banking and financial servi=
    ces' regulatory matters; trade finance; corporate trust; derivatives; p=
    roject finance; licensing of intellectual property; acquisitions; dives=
    titures; corporate governance; securitization; real estate and real est=
    ate investment trust financing; mergers and acquisitions; private banki=
    ng; executive employment contract representation; commercial arbitratio=
    n; and legal risk and litigation management. Mr. Fewell joined the firm=
     after a 17-year career with Deutsche Bank, where he rose to Managing D=
    irector and Chief Counsel for Deutsche Bank North America, responsible =
    for Deutsche Bank's commercial and investment banking legal representat=
    ion in the United States, Canada and Mexico. He recently served as Co-C=
    hair of the International Banking Committee, International Law and Prac=
    tice Section of the American Bar Association. He serves and has served =
    on various committees of the New York State and New York City Bar Assoc=
    iations and for many years has been a Director of the German American L=
    aw Association. He serves as a Vice President of the American Foreign L=
    aw Association.   He is a member of the Editorial Board of the New York=
     State Bar Association Committee on Publications.  He is on the Mediati=
    on Panel for the US District Court for the Southern District of New Yor=
    k and has served as an Arbitrator on the American Arbitration Associati=
    on's Panel of Commercial Arbitrators. Admitted to Bar: New York (1968).=
     Dartmouth College (B.A., magna cum laude; Phi Beta Kappa, 1964); Harva=
    rd Law School (J.D.,1967). Law Clerk to Hon. Milton Pollack, U.S. Distr=
