Partner Martin Garbus Appears On Charlie Rose Show To Debate Floyd Abrams

Eaton and Van Winkle partner, Martin Garbus, a First Amendment attorney, appeared on the Charlie Rose show to debate Floyd Abrams, another First Amendment attorney, regarding the  “Death of Klinghoffer,” a highly controversial  opera currently being performed by the New York Metropolitan Opera.

The opera, which some have argued is anti-semitic, has generated substantial protests in New York City.  The following link shows the televised debate, in its entirety.
