Partner Martin Garbus Publishes Letter In New York Times

Eaton and Van Winkle civil rights and First Amendment lawyer Martin Garbus has published a letter on the New York Times Opinion page taking the position that if and when another tragic incident like the killings at Charlie Hebdo occur, the major newspapers should agree to publish the cartoons or images if they are an essential part of the story.

The letter, A ‘Satanic Verses’ Lesson, appeared in the January 15, 2015 issue of the New York Times print and online issue.
